Destination Downtown Oak Hill and the City of Oak Hill would like to invite you to participate in the 10th Annual White Oak Rail Trail Expo.

Rules & Regulations

You must sell what you have submitted on your application. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the day of the event and not be invited back. And you will not receive a refund.

Only 2 direct sellers from each company will be permitted to set up at the event. If you have doubts about how many direct sellers from your company have signed up it is your responsibility to contact the vendor organizer and confirm before you submit your application. Prior year direct sell vendors that submitted applications last year with their direct sell company information will have priority.

Prior year vendors have the first opportunity to confirm if they are returning and specify what space they want. The deadline for application submittal by prior years’ vendors is April 1st 2021. At that point, registration is open to everyone.

Generators are allowed in certain locations and require prior approval from the event organizer. Before you submit your application it is your responsibility to make sure there will be a space available for you.

One week prior to the event you will receive your spot location and unloading letter. There will be signs along the road with your zone location so you will know where to unload.

By submitting this application, you are acknowledging you understand the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizer.

All Food Vendors will be inspected by the Health Department and be asked to see Food Handler’s Card and Permit

Generators are not permitted without prior approval.

The rail-trail expo will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the White Oak Rail Trail. Vendor spaces are $25.00 per space (non-refundable). This will give you 12 feet of frontage on the rail trail. You may have more than one space if needed. Set up will be on Saturday morning at 7 AM. TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED, canopies are encouraged. The deadline to register as a returning vendor is April 1st, 2021.

We are looking for retail businesses, service providers, organizations, and individuals to participate. Businesses can come to sell their products, do demonstrations, or just show off what they do. Organizations can use this as a fundraising event or promote awareness about what your organization does. As an individual, you can bring items to flea markets or have a yard sale! Vendors will be set up on the White Oak Rail Trail as far as we can go so that people can walk the rail trail and shop. We will have entertainment on the Rail Trail throughout the day.
